In late 2022 iNvolve Newport was proud to participate in the FACT program. FACT stands for FAMILIES ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER.  It is a collaborative effort of Boys and Girls Club of Newport, University of Rhode Island Johnnycake Center for Hope, Connexion Latina and other local community groups.  The focus is to have families from the community with diverse backgrounds get together to interact, mingle, play and learn collaboratively.   We are proud to have participated and think that this Program plays an important role in connecting our community and engaging groups by reducing barriers of income and background.  We’re looking for more families to participate!  More information below or reach out to joehearn@involvenewport.org for more info.
